Brooks LabVIEW™ DLL

Overview

The Brooks LabVIEW™ DLL software enables users to set-up communication with Brooks Instrument digital mass flow controllers, pressure controllers and secondary electronics. The DLLs are to be used when creating your own application in LabVIEW.

The software will work with the following Brooks models:

• 0152, 0154
• 0254
• 48xxS
• 58xxS
• GF40 Series
• GF80 Series
• MFxxS
• SLA58xxS
• SLAMFxxS

This version of the software is V1.0.1.0 (32-bit), V1.0.2.0 (64-bit). This version has been updated to add support for SLA Series pressure controllers, and has added support for 64-bit LabVIEW™.

Note: The required firmware version of the 0254 Read Out is V10.05.13 (date syntax Vyy.mm.dd) or later.

After downloading, extract the contents of the zip file and read the instructions in the ‘Instructions.doc’ file.
