特長

流量レンジ：

ほとんどのガスや流体に対応するホウケイ酸ガラス管を採用
フロート材質は、黒ガラス、316ステンレス、サファイア、カーボロイ®、タンタルなど
読み取りを容易にする拡大レンズ

Sho-Rate™ 1350 / 1355 / 1358 の特長：

3種類の精度レベル：3%（小流量、モデル1355）、5%（小流量、モデル1350）、標準の10%（大流量、モデル1358）
0.25%フルスケールの繰り返し性（モデル1358は0.5%フルスケール）
目盛には拡大レンズを内蔵 - ガラス管に目盛シールを直接貼付可能。特殊な流量レンジや測定単位にも対応
標準ニードルバルブやNRS™ 一体型ニードル制御バルブ、フローコントローラを入口側または出口側のいずれかに組み込むオプションを用意

Sho-Rate™ 1250 / 1255 の特長：

2種類の精度レベル：5%フルスケール（モデル1250）、3%フルスケール（モデル1255）
一般的な単位と流体については、ダイレクト目盛が標準 - 65nm、150nm目盛長さ（概略）
カートリッジバルブ、精密制御バルブ、またはバルブなしのオプションを備えた入口バルブと出口バルブ
変更しやすいデザインで、素早いアッセンブリの入れ替えが可能
180° 回転可能な拡大レンズ
